​NST is a soft tissue therapy designed to release muscles and fascia with the primary focus of re-integrating the body as a whole. A treatment involves a very specific and systematic approach in which sequences of specialised moves are performed on the body.
Deep relaxation experienced throughout the session allows the body to comprehensively re-organise itself using the natural activation of various neural reflexes.
This is a gentle therapy that is appropriate for any age (from infants to the elderly) and can be performed either through clothing or directly on the skin.
