Here is a short list of some things to keep in mind that might just help you out
- Stay positive. For your immune system to function properly, you need to be in a state of rest and calm rather than a fight or flight state. Use gratitude, meditation, hypnosis or breathing practices to help you achieve this state of positivity.
- Eat highly nutritious foods. The more different nutrients you get by eating a variety of different coloured fruits and vegetables, the more nutrients your body has to produce all the cells required to keep you healthy, keep your brain making good decisions and allow you to better deal with any stress that is thrown at it.
- Move. Exercise boosts your immune system, increases the blood flow to your brain so you can make better decisions, encourages opening of your airways and stimulates lymphatic drainage all of which help you stay healthy and fight whatever may come your way.
Look after yourselves and everyone else, make decisions from a happy place, keep smiling and laugh as much as you can and we will all get through this and hopefully, come out the other side better than before.
