![]() Have you thought about your stomach today? Think about the intricate detail required to eat. Your brain detects it is low in glucose (sugar) and lets another part of your brain know you are hungry or that you need to release glucose from storage (in the liver, muscle and fat). If your brain decides to get glucose from food, your brain then has to send messages to your stomach to get the amount of acid correct to allow you to digest food. The messages also have to open the pathways for food to get to your stomach at the correct time so your food does not end up in your lungs. What can happen if some of these messages are not being correctly sent or received? You could get reflux from too much acid of the tubes not closing as well as they should. You could get indigestion because your food can't digest correctly as you do not produce enough acid. You could choke on food particles going the wrong way. These are just a few examples of what can happen when the messages between your brain and one organ are not working 100%. Your nervous system controls so many functions of your body. Chiropractors aim to normalise and optimise the communication between your brain and body. Just think of all the tiny things that can change when your brain and body talk nicely to each other. Do you need a nervous system adjustment?

Honestly, the gut instinct of every individual is a stupendous stuff. It is something which can neither be expressed in words nor given the blind eye. It is defined as the inner prompting that an individual knows or senses. It is the ingrained, unpretentious, and expected reactions to the inducement. If your clairvoyance is screaming at you, if you are taking every aspect in the same way, and if you are not prepared to make life alternations that are obligatory to make, then I can tell that you are giving a deaf ear to your gut instinct. You should learn how to trust your gut, by which you can be comfortable in the crowd.
